You're trusting us with photos and stories that matter to you. Here is exactly what we do with them, and what we don't.
What we collect
Your name and email, so we can send you your page and hear from you. Payment details, handled entirely by our payment processor; we never see or store your card number. And the content of your page: the photos, dates, and words you and your family add.
For gifts, we also hold the recipient's name and email until they accept the page, and use them only to deliver it.
What we do with it
We store your content so your page works, we show it to the people you share the link with, and we email you about your own page. That's the list.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never share your photos or stories with advertisers. We never use your content to train anything or to build products. We don't run third-party ad trackers on your page, and we don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who can see your page
Anyone with the link. Pages aren't listed anywhere or indexed by search engines unless you turn that on. You control whether visitors can leave memories, and you can remove any memory. Visitors who leave a memory give us a name to display and nothing else.
Visitor locations
Some pages show where visitors have come from. This uses only the general city or region of a visit, never a precise location or anything that identifies a person, and is discarded after the map is updated.
Writing help
When you ask us to suggest words, the facts you provide are used to produce that suggestion and are not kept for any other purpose.
Your choices
You can download a full copy of your page at any time. You can take your page offline, or delete it and everything in it, whenever you choose; deletion is permanent within 30 days. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or erase it, by emailing hello@foreverours.pet.
Cookies and security
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. Your content is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored with a major cloud provider. If we ever learn of a breach affecting you, we'll tell you promptly.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Questions go to hello@foreverours.pet.
